hi guys!

since we don't have a wiki yet, here's my current todo list. please expand.

* fallback streams
* extra disk for master streamer
* migrate encoder to debian

* check concert streaming permissions
* set up ambi encoding

* extra bnc cables for aula
* camera intercom

* meeting with all streaming helpers

(not that i've thought about this much yet - i just thought it's nicer
than a "THIS IS A TEST" message).
