[lac-streams] ntop

Just a note to Joern regarding ntop. It still is running. Probably good
to leave it going to see what useage we get with people downloading
files until lac2008.khm.de goes offline.

I'm not at all clueful about ntop or how to interpret the data it gives,
so I'll need some help with that and comparing to the icecast logs. I
would really like to get at least some idea of how many viewers we
really had.
