Cleared up a couple compilation problems.
MIDI settings are now layed out on the keyboard, and the patch list automatically sorts itself.
MIDI CC support, new patch list, monophonic and legato implemented, envelope and LFO switches work.
Brand. New. Gui. NEXT!
The pitch parameter is now properly saved and loaded.
New parameters are now saved/loaded appropriately.
Fixed ./configure error, you don't need gtk+-2.4 to install. RPMs for this release built against gtk+-2.2.
LFOs are per patch (optionally global) with delay and attack, ADSRs got delay and hold phase, base pitch can now be controlled, and other assorted goodies.
Made pitch a modulatable parameter and added portamento.
This is just a re-release, but using my new automated release system. Hope it works.
The old news is still available for your reading displeasure, if you so desire.
